Hi my name is Lindsay Stevens! I am in the Hudson Valley New York market. So we decided in November of 2020 that it was time to jump and let the net appear. I’ll never forget the day I terminated my own license from my own brokerage. And in that moment instantly I knew it was like go time. So we plugged into all of the resources that the fast forward movement has. We were very strategic in our alignment within the company. And we just leaned in, and we joined all the coaching, all the masterminds, we traveled all across the country to Shadow big big big big players in our ecosystem. And our production went from 38 million in 2020 to 150 million in 2024. When I think back on all of this growth, I really am just so thankful and grateful for this environment because it’s so truly special. The giving and the collaboration and the sharing and the support it’s I’ve never seen anything like it in the industry.
